Summer 2010

We have had a very blessed summer. Full of fun, life, friends, family and completing projects around the house:) One year ago we moved back to Kansas. We can confidently say God is faithful and we are blessed beyond measure. It doesn't always mean life goes exactly as I have planned.....which can be hard but in retrospect His plans are just way better! Enjoy the picts!!

Cinderella

Juliana and Kamryn went to see Cinderella at a Children's Theatre. Afterwards, we enjoyed a nice lunch at Olive Garden:)

A Growing Boy

Lukas is 14 months old now:)

We love the Yuncks!

Our sweet friends from Missouri came to visit us for the 4th of July! We had a lot of fun despite the nonstop rain. Juliana and Bekkah had a great time too!

Baby Dedication Day

On June 21st (Father's Day and Rick's bday) we dedicated Lukas to the Lord. It was our commitment to raise him in a manner that would bring glory to God. He was tired-the girls in nursery like to crawl after him to touch his hair:) So he had already had his workout that morning. He doesn't like them in his space.....hope it stays that way for awhile:)

Great Grandma Jo's and a Trip to Petting Farm

The petting farm was a fabulous time!! Very cool! Now I have a great recipe for Spaghetti and Meatballs too-thanks Grandma Jo!

Relaxing on Vacation

This is my fav pict. Juliana got to take a bath in Grandma Jo's "big tub". This is her version of acting "relaxed" it was completely posed and cracks me up!

Great Grandma Billie Lou's house

We visited Grandma Booie and Grandpa Rex and you can always count on a good lunch at that house! Yum!

Great Grandpa Donnie's Farm

In early June we got to visit Grandpa Donnie's farm. To say this girl loved it would be an understatement! She has always referred to herself as a "country girl" and I believe she may be right:)

Kissing a fish and literally dancing with her fish-what is not to love about this little girl:) She did not have any difficulty tossing the fish back into the pond herself. Pretty good for her first time fishing:)

1st bday

Lukas turned 1!!!

This little guy had two parties to celebrate his one year of life in May! We are so grateful for him and love him so much!! Also grateful for his awesome big sis!
